In
March 2006, our grand old
mare, Callista Park Qalieda,
unexpectedly delivered twins,
sired by the magnificent
River Oak Stallion, Kyremi
Illustraa. Through great
mothering from Qalieda,
and our loving attention,
these two foals have survived
and grown into magnificent
young horses. We are extremely
privileged to have them,
especially as they are full
siblings to our celebrated
young mare, Rose Gum Ellustria.
Because
surviving twins are such
a rare event, we are presenting
below our photo gallery
of their early life.
PRESENTING
ROSEGUM QADIR
Qadir,
the colt from the Rose Gum
Twins, has outstanding confirmation
and muscle development,
resulting in extreme movement.
At 11 months old, he was
Champion Colt at the All
Arabian Summer Show in February
2007, demonstrating his
versatility for both the
halter show ring and performance
arena. His breeding season
will be launched at the
end of 2008.

Rose
Gum Qadira, the filly from
the Rose Gum Twins, has
always possessed a tenacity
to survive and thrive, being
the twin foal with lesser
development. She now exhibits
great exuberance and beauty.
Being a full sister to our
celebrated mare, Rose Gum
Ellustria, Qadira will be
prized as a future brood
mare.

We
were the proud owner of
the Arabian horse Malibu,
who was chosen by the Crown
Prince of Qatar to open
the 2006 Asian Games in
Doha, Qatar. We are excited
to advise that we now have
more progene available from
the very same lines as Malibu.
Many of these full and half
siblings of Malibu have
already won endurance and
halter shows in Australia
and show many of the same
rare qualities and traits
that Malibu has. We have
already had a great deal
of both Australian and International
interest in these lines.
1.
Rani, full sister to Malibu,
approx 10 years old, extensive
experience
in endurance riding
2. Rose Gum Qadir, half
brother to Malibu, 18 months
old, champion colt at
his first A grade show,
fantastic confirmation for
all types of riding
including endurance. Qadir
is a dark red bay colour.
Will grow to at least
15 hands and is a very well
muscled horse.
3. Rose Gum Ellustria, full
sister to Qadir and thus
half-sister to Malibu,
rising four year old, 15.1
hands in height, broken
in to saddle in February
2007 and already has an
outstanding record in the
Australian shows under
saddle. Ellustria is a rich
red bay colour. Ellustria
also has won many
Supremes and Championships
under halter.
4. Rose Gum Sundown, 2 year
old chestnut colt, similar
bloodlines to the
above horses, with a magnificent
confirmation for riding,
as well as
outstanding beauty for showing.
Will grow to 15 hands.
5. Rose Gum Saluki, a beautiful
bay gelding, 15.3 hands
and rising four
year old. He has won many
Supremes and Championships
at halter shows and
has just been broken in
to saddle. Will be a powerful
endurance horse.
