On
the radar:
If
you have a problem with 3 mobile
you have to ring India everytime
- this can be a nightmare as you
can spends hours and hours on
the phone with them trying to
fix the problem.
Also
if the 3 Mobile Indian team try
and ring you for cost saving on
your phone or to upgrade for free
please just hang up.
Switchbanks
had 2 x 3 mobile phones and was
paying $99.00 a month for $700.00
worth of calls. The bill at one
stage staggered to over $600.00
(i.e $99.00 x 1 or $198.00 for
x 2 including calls). Now $99.00
dollars a month is incorrect if
you upgrade. It turned out each
phone was heading to $300.00 each
that's 3 x times the amount advertised.
Unfortunely
for 3 ....and we had great pleasure
in knowing that 3 mobile will
never been used by us again -
and we can only
WARN everyone the huge
costs that come with this group.
Again everyone dislikes Telstra
at one stage in there life, but
hey at least the problems are
solved so much quicker & locally.
Switch
is now paying Telstra - $125.00
for $900.00 dollars worth of calls
and we have not had a problem
yet..!!! Go figure the difference.
For
terms and conditions please refer
to your nearest Telstra
shop.
