SWITCHBANKS
HAS BEEN ADVISED BY STUART A NSW RESIDENT 6.48 PM 1ST FEB 2007
I
believe that our state government dont seem to be doing enough
to get desalination plants up and running.
Its
all thinking about it....still .... were running out of time.
Where
I live in Lithgow N.S.W we are only on
stage 1 water restictions
Its
like our local council seems to think we have an endless supply
of water as our water comes from 2 sites.
Number
1 is the fish river and No 2 is from the Clarence coal mine
at Clarence.
The
water comes from an artesian bore and is stored at what they
Locally call the water works but I believe we should be placed
on the same level as everyone else in N.S.W an if we do... we
may be able to help another town who dont have any water at
all.
What
happens when we run out !!!
Could
you please look into this, as I cant seem to get anywhere with
The Greater Lithgow City council.
They
wont reply
Thanks
Stuart

Stuart
H in the greater area of Lithgow has tried to contact someone
at the LITHGOW CITY COUNCIL regarding the water restrictions
STAGE 1 CONCERN that he stated was in your area.
Nobody
is calling him back or giving Stuart an explanation as to why
the water grid is stage 1 if this is correct.
